Our rental period is 15 days.
Tires and mattresses are an additional fee. Liquid or hazardous waste cannot be disposed of in the dumpster.
No, we do not require you to be home unless you need to open the gate, but if you have a code you can give it to us and we will pick up your dumpster. All the paperwork needed for delivery is completed before we deliver the dumpster; therefore, all we need to know is where you want the container dropped.
24 hours window to get your dumpster. Regardless we are typically same day delivery with no additional fee if your request is made before 2pm.
You can call us and schedule an early pick up at any time. We are typically same day/ 24-hour after notification for any final pickups.
Payment is done online in our website, or by phone. We accept any credit card and or ACH. Also, if you are a company and request line of credit we also do 30-day payments by checks.
The payment is prepaid. After receiving your request by phone or email, we will send you a credit card authorization form with the service agreement for you to sign and approve. We will place a deposit for the haul charge, delivery and up to 4 tons. After disposal we will reimburse you if the weight was less than 4 tons or we will process your credit card again for the rest of the tonnage.
If you are loading heavy materials (like roofing materials, dirt, asphalt, bricks, etc) you CAN NOT exceed half full. If you have any questions about your load, give us a call!
Yes, all our dumpsters have doors located on the rear of the container allowing you to be able to carry in items that may be too heavy to throw over the sides of the containers.
