Customers remain responsible for their load until accepted by the disposal site and are responsible for the removal of non compliant items prior to service. A charge for unacceptable items will apply to those loads with non compliant items once a container is removed from the customer site.

Containers with dirt, sand, concrete, rocks, and bricks may not be filled more than 1/3 full due to LA DOTD weight regulations on Louisiana highways (Only 12-15 cubic yards per load).

Containers are required to be tarped for waste containment during transportation to the dump site. Help us “Keep Our Community Clean” by not over filling the container past the top of the unit.
